Two Years at a Standing Desk

There are several good reasons for having a standing desk at work if that’s a real option for you. There are also arguments against them. Arshad Chowdhury, a person who builds diets and exercise programs and is therefore more likely to see the benefits of having a standing desk, recently wrote a post about what he discovered after using his desk for two years (his posture is so much better).
